This video is an introduction to the practice of using meditation to facilitate an automatic writing session for yourself. For the next few weeks, try this automatic writing routine at least once a week.

Grab a pen and paper and practice a soul-force field meditation to connect to your source of loving awareness. When you get into that quiet peaceful space, simply ask divine loving awareness the following questions:

“What do I need to know today for my highest spiritual good?”

Clear your mind, put your pen to the page and just write what comes out.

Next ask, “What action can I take to express my highest spiritual good in the world?” Let the words flow.

Finally ask, “What is the spiritual lesson I am working on right now?” 

Once you’ve finished your automatic writing, give thanks for the opportunity to connect and give thanks for any wisdom that may have come through.

Read what came through back to yourself and see how it resonates and feels. Consider applying the insight and wisdom in your life and see where it takes you.
