This week, enjoy exploring the realm of the crown chakra and journal about your connection to the divine. This is a great time to contemplate your relationship to the divine within you and all around you.
Journal about any experiences where you felt connected to a powerful, loving form of intelligence.
Reflect on any times you may have felt abandoned by a loving God or spiritual presence.
Look deeply at any previous thoughts or beliefs that may be inhibiting your connection to the loving awareness within.
Ruminating on this subject and contemplating this connection can help you gain more insight into the energy of your crown chakra.
