Spend Time Deepening Your Self-Awareness

This lesson helps us begin the process of bringing more self-awareness to our lives: who we are and who we are in relationship to all things around us including diet and fitness, the content we consume, the people, places and things we give our energy to.

Self-Awareness Reflective Prompt

First and foremost, take time to engage with the self-awareness reflective questions in the book. Next, let’s tune more consciously into your consumption habits – specifically diet and media for the next couple days and start a journal.

Write down what you eat, drink and consume in terms of media content on a daily basis just for your own self-awareness. Then, using your body tuning techniques, get clear about how your body intuitively feels in relation to what you consume.

What feels expansive and contractive? Consider asking yourself “Why?”.

Journal and reflect on your discoveries.

Then, shift your focus for a few days to journaling and reflecting on your interactions with people as well as your physical environment. Be detailed, specific and really cue into the energy and experiences of people and places.

How do they make you intuitively feel?

Use your body tuning awareness to help guide the process and journal your reflections and findings.

Look for connections, patterns and correlations between that which feels expansive and what feels like contraction. Notice anything? Journal about the new self-awareness that begins to arise when you pay attention to these subtle experiences.

Remember, the source material for this video course is my book Awakening Soul Force: A Practical Guide to Awakening the Truth Withinwhich is available on Audible and paperback on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. I highly recommend purchasing the book to follow along and get the most out of our time together.
