Chakras: What Are They & What They Do
This lesson is an introduction to the seven main chakras and the chakra system. The word Chakra comes from ancient Sanskrit and translates to “wheel”. These “wheels” relate to different aspects of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self. They are in ascending order: the root chakra, the sacral chakra, the solar plexus chakra, the heart chakra, the throat chakra, the third eye chakra and the crown chakra.

This lesson helps us begin the process of bringing more self-awareness to our lives: who we are and who we are in relationship to all things around us including diet and fitness, the content we consume, the people, places and things we give our energy to.
